Crispy Brussels Sprouts, broiled with Apple Cider Vinegar

10 brussels sprouts, washed and sliced in half
sea salt, pepper
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
olive oil, to grease the pan
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a rimmed baking sheet with olive oil.
2. Roll halved Brussles sprouts in apple cider vinegar and lay in a single layer on baking sheet. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until a fork pierces the vegetable easily. Broil for 2-3 additional minutes to crisp the outer layer.
