Sweet Potato Fries

If you’re craving some warm winter comfort food, pick up a couple of sweet potatoes at your local farmers’ market because these guys are in season! Here’s a recipe for some healthy, delicious sweet potato fries. These go marvelously with burgers (veggie or otherwise) and quiche!
sea salt, pepper
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges at varying thicknesses if you like some soft and crunchy.
2. Roll potatoes in olive oil and spices. Spread in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, until soft in the center and crispy around the edges.
